Please keep in mind that a realistic budget is very important for parts specification. The weight and durability of wheels and drivetrain, for example, can greatly effect the price of the total package.  Custom builds start at around $2000.  A budget of less than $2000 will usually limit options to complete bikes from the manufacturer.
